We are hiring talented, independent, experienced Travel Agent professionals or Hotel Reservation professionals
(handing Hotel CRS system) to join our team. We are looking for an experienced travel professional to help our
Revenue Architect team and Support Team with different tasks/assignments/projects for our hotel partners. Excellent
knowledge of using different GDS systems, (Sabre, Galileo etc.,) or Channel manager (STAAH, Siteminder,
Maximojo etc) or CRS system (SynXis, Travel Click, FastBooking etc) for hotels is required.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparing extensive GDS audit reports for our hotel partners globally which involves thorough check on hotel's GDS presence and notify hotel partners, for any area of improvement you come across on GDS, related to the hotel's GDS listing and which can increase the hotel’s direct bookings through the GDS channel
- Coordinating with hotel partners through emails and phone calls
- Coordinating with Revenue Architect team to complete common goals, tasks, projects
- Conducts trouble shooting and research activity using online portals and search engines
- Builds and maintains relationships with our hotel partners
- Maintains accurate records of audits and other tasks/projects assigned
- Working in CRS for Property loading, Rate mapping on different GDS platforms, OTA mapping on a channel manager etc
- Respond to customer inquiries, analyzing problems using diagnostic tools and recommending solutions to customer questions
- Installation and troubleshooting of ResNet provided applications
- Strong time management and priority setting skills are required to be able to manage daily responsibilities and own technical development and growth. Demonstrate sense of urgency for sensitive issues
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction while continuously demonstrating excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and commitment
- Performs ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Leaders, Supervisors, Team Leads or Seniors
Your Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills esp. Email communication
- Working knowledge of various GDS systems like Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus and Worldspan for hotels (max 2 GDS system is essential)
- Excellent knowledge of using online travel agents websites (Like Booking.com, Expedia.com etc)
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Excellent team player
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Ability to analyze, identify key problems, articulate them efficiently and make decisions to solve issues.
- Experience in providing customer support using available contact channels: Call-back, Phone, Web-Case, Chat.
- Ability to extend knowledge in area of new technologies.
What To Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, business or related field (IATA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a travel agent (Hotel reservations preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience working in the hotel industry (Reservations or front office preferred)
- Willing to work on night shift
